Under $100 for sure. Can get a replacement arm from RCBS probably free. Clean and lube and they will last forever. I have found and purchased several under $100 including my Summit.
I got a clean old RCBS single stage for $60 a couple of years back. Came with a couple of other oddball items. An old hand primer and basically misc junk. But, it was a good deal IMO.
I've got one. give to me several years ago I used until just here recently. I've upgraded to the supreme.
